Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

By accessing and using robertasoliman.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Roberta Soliman, an independent consultant in technology, AI, cloud, Kubernetes and FinOps. Contact: consultoria@robertasoliman.com.

2. What the site offers

The site gathers information about consulting services, blog articles, a technology radar, e-books, checklists and free tools, such as the Kubernetes savings calculator and the Karpenter NodePool generator.

The content of the site is not a commercial proposal. Hiring any service depends on a scope and a contract signed separately.

3. Informational content, no warranty

Articles, checklists and e-books are informational and reflect the knowledge and sources available on the publication date. Technology changes, and content may become outdated or contain inaccuracies.

Reading the content or using the tools does not create a consulting relationship between you and the author.

4. Free tools and materials

  • Calculator estimates are orders of magnitude based on assumptions published on the site itself. They are not a promise of savings nor a measurement of your environment.
  • YAML files and other configurations generated by the tools are starting points, provided as is. Review them, test them in staging and adapt them to your environment before applying them to production.
  • You are responsible for how you use the results, including costs, downtime or data loss in your systems.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, e-books, checklists, tools, brand and visual identity are protected by copyright and belong to Roberta Soliman, unless stated otherwise.

You may read, download and use the free materials internally in your company and share links to the site. You may not sell, redistribute as your own or republish the content without written permission. Short excerpts may be quoted with credit and a link to the source.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to try to reach restricted areas, not to overload the infrastructure with abusive automated access and not to submit malicious content or content that violates third-party rights through the forms.

7. Third-party links and services

The site contains links and integrations with third-party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google and Brevo. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, the content or the tools. This does not exclude rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights where applicable.

We may change, suspend or remove any content or tool at any time without notice.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the district where the site owner is domiciled, without prejudice to a consumer's right to choose their own domicile where applicable.
