Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy explains how robertasoliman.com handles personal data, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
1. Controller
Roberta Soliman, an independent consultant, is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, contact consultoria@robertasoliman.com.
2. Data we collect and why
- Contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp, name and whatever you write): when you reach out by email, WhatsApp, Calendly or chat. Used to reply, prepare proposals and deliver the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Newsletter (email and language): when you subscribe to the blog. Used to send articles and updates. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Support chat (Brevo Conversations): loaded only if you accept cookies. Stores the conversation and browser identifiers.
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager): pages visited, referrer, device and approximate location. Loaded with consent denied by default; it only measures after you accept. Legal basis: consent.
- Performance (Vercel Speed Insights): technical loading metrics, no cookies and no personal identification.
- Language and cookie preferences: stored in your browser (rsd_locale cookie and localStorage) to remember your choices. Strictly functional.
3. Cookies and changing your choice
On your first visit we show a notice so you can accept or reject analytics cookies and the chat. Rejecting does not stop you from using the site. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer or by clearing site data in your browser.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that run the site and communications, under our instructions:
- Brevo (newsletter and chat)
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager)
- Calendly (meeting scheduling)
- Vercel and infrastructure providers (hosting and performance)
- WhatsApp/Meta (when you contact us there)
5. International transfers
Some providers store data outside Brazil, including the United States and the European Union. Transfers rely on Article 33 of the LGPD (and standard contractual clauses where applicable) and the safeguards offered by the providers themselves.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose: contact messages and proposals for the length of the relationship and applicable legal periods; newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe; analytics data per the retention configured in the tool.
7. Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to consultoria@robertasoliman.com. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
8. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted access to systems and providers with recognized security practices. No system is 100% secure; in case of a relevant incident we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
9. Children
This site is aimed at professionals and companies and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page and relevant changes will be highlighted on the site.
